We’re looking for a Head of Visual Merchandising to join the Retail team at 12 STOREEZ.

Employment Details
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
- Office location: 15 Rochdelskaya Street, Buildings 11–11A, Moscow.
What you’ll be doing
- Planning and managing the daily tasks of our regional Visual Merchandisers and Window Dressers.
- Developing and improving workflows (checklists, audit schedules, reporting, store visit plans, and travel coordination).
- Monitoring compliance with visual merchandising standards (window displays, product presentation, zoning, and commercial merchandising).
- Allocating resources across the team based on workload and priorities.
- Running regular briefings and feedback sessions with the team.
- Onboarding new merchandisers and supporting the professional development of existing team members.
- Organising and leading in-store workshops.
- Gathering and analysing KPI data to assess the impact of visual merchandising on sales and conversion.
- Preparing reports for management and the retail network with recommendations for improvement.
- Using retail analytics (including hot and cold zones and product rotation) to develop weekly product strategies for stores.
✅ We’re looking for
- At least three years’ experience leading a team in fashion retail or a similar retail environment.
- A strong understanding of merchandising principles and visual merchandising standards.
- Experience using retail analytics to support commercial decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring others.
- Willingness to travel across regions.
- A proactive, structured approach to work and a genuine passion for well-organised processes.
It’d be a plus if you have
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience developing training programmes for retail staff.
