We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Therapist to lead and manage our soon to open tranquil country escape. This role requires a skilled professional with exceptional treatment expertise,
leadership
qualities, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high treatment standards, and supporting team.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a range of professional beauty and
wellness
treatments to the highest standard.
* Supervise, mentor, and support a team of therapists to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Conduct
training and development
sessions to maintain and enhance team skills.
* Monitor and manage treatment room standards, cleanliness, and
equipment maintenance
.
* Assist with scheduling, stock control, and ordering professional products as needed.
* Ensure all treatments adhere to health and safety regulations.
* Handle client consultations, address concerns, and ensure an exceptional
guest experience
.
* Drive sales of treatments and retail products, supporting business growth.
* Work closely with management to implement new treatments, promotions, and service enhancements.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a therapist, with
leadership
experience preferred.
* Recognised beauty or spa therapy qualifications (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of skincare, massage, and body treatments.
* Excellent
communication
and
leadership
skills.
* Ability to train and mentor junior therapists.
* Passion for

and delivering outstanding customer service.
