Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Product Guidance
- Greet customers and assess their skin, hair care, or cosmetic needs.
- Recommend appropriate health and beauty products, including skincare, cosmetics, and natural alternatives.
- Offer in-store mini-makeovers, demonstrations, and personalized skincare suggestions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through product education and attentive service.
Sales Strategy & Store Operations
- Encourage product sales by building trust and communicating product benefits clearly.
- Collaborate with team members and management to execute department sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales goals while supporting customers’ wellness and beauty objectives.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Follow store schematics and enhance visual merchandising with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Maintain product inventory and ensure stock levels and displays meet store standards.
Reporting & Development
- Prepare basic sales reports and performance summaries as required.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training programs.
- Stay informed on the latest health, beauty, and skincare trends.
- Share knowledge with team members and support cross-departmental collaboration.
Training & Compliance
- Completion of required Lessonly training modules
- Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives
- Help drive in-store wellness events, product demos, and customer workshops.
- Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability
Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a retail or client-facing advisor role.
- Strong passion for natural health, beauty, and eco-conscious products.
- Experience in the beauty industry (sales, cosmetics, or skincare) is a strong asset.
- Energetic, confident, and personable, with the ability to engage and assist diverse customers.
- Excellent verbal communication, sales, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
