Base pay range
$13.00/hr – $13.00/hr
The Nail Technician performs professional nail, hand and foot treatments. They must possess a thorough knowledge of nails, including basic hand and foot massage techniques and neat polish application. They must maintain excellent cleanliness and sanitation standards and be willing to train in our spa’s specific nail services. Excellent communication skills and product knowledge are essential, along with holding and maintaining a current State license.
Qualifications
Must hold and maintain a State cosmetology license.
Minimum of six (6) months spa experience.
Ability to convey information clearly.
Ability to evaluate and select among options quickly and accurately.
Ability to work well under stress and maintain composure.
Responsibilities
Provide friendly, service-oriented guest interactions.
Maintain attendance and appearance standards.
Follow safety, sanitation, and sterilization protocols.
Perform treatments efficiently within scheduled times.
Promote home care programs and retail products.
Ensure equipment is clean and in working order.
Address guest issues promptly and effectively.
Report deficiencies and maintain communication with departments.
Attend meetings and participate in team efforts.
Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
