Position Overview
We are seeking a highly polished, service-driven Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our Urban Zen boutique within Tutto Mare. This role requires an individual who understands both luxury fashion retail and elevated hospitality—someone who can seamlessly engage guests transitioning between dining and shopping.
You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a personalized, relationship-based sales experience while embodying the aesthetic and ethos of Urban Zen.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, highly personalized luxury retail experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including repeat and VIP clientele
- Actively drive sales through styling, storytelling, and product knowledge
- Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with Urban Zen’s aesthetic
- Collaborate with restaurant team to create a seamless guest journey between retail and dining
- Manage clienteling outreach, appointments, and follow-ups
- Support inventory management, restocking, and operational tasks
- Uphold brand values of craftsmanship, authenticity, and global awareness
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in luxury retail (fashion, lifestyle, or boutique environment preferred)
- Strong understanding of clienteling and relationship-based selling
- Polished, professional presence with excellent communication skills
- Passion for fashion, design, and global artisan craftsmanship
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid retail-hospitality environment
- Experience in Palm Beach or similar luxury market strongly preferred
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
