This role involves not only executing various hair services but also fostering a welcoming environment for clients and mentoring junior staff.
Duties
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good condition.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty techniques to offer clients the best options.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere that encourages client retention.
Skills
Proficient in various hair styling techniques including color theory.
Strong knowledge of Barbering principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to mentor others effectively and contribute to team management.
Familiarity with retail math for managing product sales and inventory.

Pay: $20.07 – $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
