Reporting to the country manager UK & Nordic and then functionally to the HRD who is based in Milan, the successful applicant would be forward-thinking, future-focused, and act as a catalyst for change. The Role:

Develop and execute the people plan, taking responsibility for overall HR service delivery for your area.

Partner with leaders on talent planning to identify required capabilities and ensure the right scope of all roles within the teams you work with, including leading the talent review and succession planning process.

You will manage the recruitment and hiring process.

Team up with managers and finance to support headcount budgeting.

Ensure that all new employees have the best induction to enable them to perform in their roles Ensure meaningful development plans are in place to create a talent pipeline for key positions.

Work with the Learning & Development team to assess training needs for your area.

Facilitate, support, and guide on all employee relations issues to ensure a successful conclusion Support HR Operations on the development and evolution of local processes, policies, and practices.

Requirements

University Degree studies. A MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated

Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources as an HR Specialist or HR Manager in an international environment

Retail experience is an advantage

Ability to influence and work effectively with key cross-functional partners and the senior leadership team across the organization

Outstanding customer focus and dedication to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-disciplined and motivated, capable of working both strategically and hands-on balancing high-quality long-term achievements and quick wins

Availability to frequent store visits and international travels
