Duties/Responsibilities
Plan and implement policies, processes, trainings, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute company goals and strategy for recruiting and retention, overseeing full employee lifecycle.
Serve as an advisor to management and team members on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Work closely with department heads on training, coaching, team building, and succession planning.
Help contribute to our culture and community by creating meaningful moments for employee engagement.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires by providing appropriate onboarding documents, welcoming new hires, coordinating first day and necessary training orientations. Maintain and track I9 information.
Oversee all human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave, recognition and culture, occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Administer benefits, calculate billing totals, explain benefits, assist with completion of enrollment forms, open enrollment, and answer any benefit questions.
Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. Develops and implements this training and team-building budget.
Monitor and ensure the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education And Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
At least five years of human resource management experience required.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
Salary $150,000
