ABOUT THE ROLE
The Human Resources Intern will be responsible to support several different activities – such as Recruitment; Learning&Development. This role will provide an opportunity to learn and understand the full-cycle of human resources activities; from planning, kicking-off recruitment, onboarding and support development of SHEIN employees. You will be working with different cultures and high level leadership in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be based on our Faria Lima office and the working hours are from 9AM to 4PM, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
●Assist in the full recruitment life-cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating follow-up interviews.
●Support in Learning & Development initiatives, such as onboarding and trainings – from ideation to application.
●Maintain and update systems and documents (recruitment trackers, local policies) to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
●Assist in organizing and participating in college recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach programs.
Requirements
●Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
●Strong interest in human resources.
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
●Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
●A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
●Advanced in English.
