The Opportunity:

We are looking for you, an enthusiasticHR Manager,to be part of our HR team inBarcelona, Spain.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be to:

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Oversee HR reporting activities, adhering to HQ guidelines, providing accurate and timely information for strategic decision-making.

Take charge of HR activities for retail stores and associated staff.

Manage HR functions for local offices, ensuring that HR practices support the business needs and objectives.

Offer expert guidance on compensation and benefits strategies, change management initiatives, and employee engagement programs in accordance with HQ.

Lead the recruitment process, focusing on attracting top talent, and oversee development and training initiatives to nurture and enhance employee skills.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, managing legal matters to uphold high standards and consistent strategies within the areas of responsibility.

Oversee internal payroll operations and facilitate the smooth transition to an external provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Drive the development and implementation of a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) policy, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Successfully conclude the implementation of the “Plan de Igualdad” (Equality Plan) to promote gender equality and diversity within the organization.

The profile:

5+ years relevant working experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within structured and multinational companies in the retail and fashion industry.

Fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of the Portuguese language is considered a plus.

Bachelors or master’s degree in HR/People Management, Business, Psychology or another related field of study.

In-depth knowledge of Spanish employment laws and regulations.

Demonstrated expertise in talent management, compensation & benefits, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Ability to negotiate contribution agreement and contracts.

Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel.
