We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong retail background to manage end-to-end HR operations for both corporate and store employees across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR operations for HO and retail stores
Handle employee lifecycle management, payroll, and compensation
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)
Drive performance management and appraisal cycles
Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and employee relations
Support retail and corporate hiring requirements
Conduct frequent store visits to resolve HR-related concerns
Key Requirements:
6+ years of HR experience in Retail/Apparel/Fashion industry
Strong exposure to payroll, compliance, and HR operations
Experience handling multi-location retail workforce
Knowledge of labour laws applicable to retail businesses
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software preferred
