Role Description The HR/Sourcing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This role supports recruitment and sourcing activities by posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records in HR systems. The coordinator will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, assist with onboarding documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders, tracking sourcing metrics, and helping improve processes to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. The role may also support procurement-related sourcing for HR and talent acquisition tools or services, ensuring vendors are aligned with organizational requirements.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret sourcing data and recruitment metrics.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide a professional, responsive experience to internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Candidates should possess Procurement skills relevant to sourcing HR tools, services, or vendors.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate multiple requisitions, timelines, and HR initiatives.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in HR coordination or recruiting, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, proficiency with MS Office or similar tools, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is preferred.
