Payroll & Compensation Administration
• Prepare and process monthly payroll including in/out data, salary changes, and commission review in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Manage payroll vendors to ensure accurate processing of tax, social insurance, and year-end tax settlement.
• Operate and manage employee benefits Group Insurance/Uniform Allowance/Staff Discount, etc.), leaves, and retirement pension programs in accordance with company policy.
• Generate payroll reports for Finance and support salary survey submissions.
• Organize and manage Benefits reward schemes
• Support Audit related
HR Operations & HRIS
• Maintain and update employee data in Workday.
• Manage time & attendance and leave tracking systems in compliance with labor law and company policy.
• Respond to government report requests and support ad hoc HR reporting.
• Provide employee services and communication related to HR operations.
• Provide administrative support for HR programs such as Labor-Management Council (LMC), Mandatory Training, Mandatory body Check, etc.
• Manage employee certificates requirement.
• Support Annual Performance and Pay review.
On & Off boarding
• Support post-offer recruitment processes from employment contract.
• Administer documentation for daily workers and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and assist with probation tracking for new hires.
• Prepare offboarding documentation and process final payroll settlements.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of resignations in HR systems.
General Affairs (HR Related)
• Manage HR-related expense processing
• Oversee building maintenance operations, including coordination with cleaners, repair vendors, security personnel, and other service providers
• Manage canteen supplies such as coffee capsules and snack inventory
• Administer office facilities procurement: water, air purifiers, stationery, and general supplies
• Handle visa processing, flight ticketing, visitor coordination, and travel logistics
Qualifications include:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Payroll
• Familiarity with Korean labor laws and public insurance systems (for Korea-based roles)
• Experience in a multinational company preferred
• Understanding of the fashion/retail industry
• Business-level verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean
• High proficiency in MS Office programs
• Workday system experience preferred
