We are partnering with a substantial highly regarded, long established, premium “house of brands” with an impeccable offering across fashion, beauty and fragrance. Our client seeks a HR Talent Acquisition Director to lead strategic best practice development at a corporate level, pre the implementation within the HR domain across the various brands, divisions and markets.
We seek experience from the luxury fashion / beauty sectors and require you to bring a mix of corporate and entrepreneurial thinking.
Experience of working in a “listed environment” is advantageous.
This role is based in London, Paris or Barcelona.
You must have extensive experience of working in any of these regions and have the right to live and work in one of these locations.
We require Talent Acquisition experience at Head of / Director level from luxury, fashion / accessories or beauty. This role requires strategic evaluation and devising of best practice talent acquisition processes at a corporate level, pre the roll out to all areas of this multi billion euro, global organisation. We require this experience.
