Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the Entertainment field who is looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to take over and support one of their business units. We are looking for qualified candidates with 7-14 years of true HR Business Partner experience coming from the Entertainment, Media, Music, or similar type of industry. This opportunity is looking to pay between 144k-188k on a direct hire basis and will fully in the office located in Century City.

Job Specifications:
Supporting Business Unit with all HR needs
Provide HR employee relations and performance managment support
Analyze HR trends and metrics
7-14 years of true HR BP experience required for role
Bachelors Degree highly preferred
Strong experience in employee relations needed
Experience in professional development needed
Experience in the Entertainment, high fashion, cosmetics, or media background highly preferred
