Duties
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed effectively and integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Assist with benefits programs, including health insurance, workers’ compensation, and retirement plans using platforms such as ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA and FMLA; ensure policies align with legal standards and organizational objectives.
- Daily time card overview and payroll completion weekly. Including entering time off requests.
- Entry level position: will receive training directly from Sr. HR Specialist
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with familiarity in HR sourcing tools like Questco or TimeCo
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management principles; experience with HR software such as Questco or TimeCo
- Understanding of employment & labor law regulations including OSHA standards; ability to interpret contracts and policies accurately.
- High level of organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, record keeping, and compliance documentation.
- Bilingual preferred: English and Spanish (not required)
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
