Job Description

Handling all HR operations

Maintain employee records & personal file

Recruitment and Selection

Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment.

Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Conduct investigations and provide guidance on dispute resolution.

Develop and implement policies and procedures

HR Administration and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Managing on-board formalities while preparing and distributing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.

Exit Process: Knowledge of employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews, collecting feedback, and ensuring smooth off-boarding.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.

Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
