Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Javinishka. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and HR Policies. The Human Resources Executive will also be responsible for managing and implementing human resources policies, programs, and services including recruitment, selection, job analysis, and performance management.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of HR Management and HR Operations
Experience with Employee Relations and HR Policies
Ability to interpret and implement human resources policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
Certifications in HR Management is a plus
SALARY: 2.5L-3.0L
