We are looking for an “HR Generalist” to join our team located in Dubai HQ.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Self sponsored,

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field,

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, with a deep understanding of Dubai labor laws, visa processes, and employment regulations,

• Experience in using HR systems,

• Experience in making HR personnel and expense budgets,

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills,

• Fluency in English is a must, Arabic is highly preferable,

• Proven talent management and HR operations expertise, with a strong analytical ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office,

• Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment,

• Attention to details and ability to see the big picture at the same time,

• Residing in Dubai or able to move.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with UAE labor laws and regulations,

• Collaborate with Country Manager & Turkey HR Team to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies,

• Manage end to end recruitment process,

• Play a crucial role in managing human resources functions by receiving a strategy from Head Office Human Resources (Turkey),

• Collaborate with Global HR team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support the organization’s goals and promote a positive work culture across different units,

• Coordinate the onboarding & exit process for all employees,

• Liaise with the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) to manage visa processes for employees,

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with GPSSA (General Pension and Social Security Authority) requirements,

• Provide employees with guidance and support with HR related matters,

• Identify training and development needs,

• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction within the organization,

• Support and monitor performance / sales bonus calculations and payments.
