The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you’ll do:
Team noon comprises some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.
As the People Coordinator, you will support the People & Talent Lead with 360 people operations across business hubs across the country.
Provide on-the-ground support with employee relations & grievances.
Manage and communicate business/ policy updates with employees through various channels.
Have a solid understanding of local labor laws to provide advice & guidance for both employees and the business.
Drive projects across performance management, employee engagement & learning initiatives.
Support the People Services & Talent team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new joiners.
Collaborate and, work closely with the People Services team to ensure a smooth offboarding process for all employees.
Conduct frequent accommodation & facility checks to ensure employees have a positive living & working environment.
Maintain trackers and dashboard to provide updates for the People Lead & business.
Provide administrative & data support when required.
Prepare eNPS surveys to measure employee satisfaction.
Follow the department’s SOPs to ensure KPIs & SLAs are met.
What you’ll need:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an employee relations role.
Experience supporting operations, CS, fleet or logistics employee population previously.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong bias for action.
Ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities
Strong knowledge of local employment laws.
