What we are looking for:
Supporting with the employees’ onboarding and offboarding Process
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Helping the HR team create and implement company and HR policies and procedures and employee handbooks
Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Assisting in the planning of company events
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Maintain employee files and records along with efficient archiving structure for documents
Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Requirements and skills:
BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
Additional HR training will be a plus
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Detail-oriented.
