Job Description
- Support in payroll functions
- To assist in payroll processing i.e checking overtime, allowances, attendance etc and maintain proper record and filling.
- To assist in the overall HR department
- General office and administrative duties
Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in Human Resources, HR Policies, and HR Management
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic office software tools
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior internships or part-time work experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
