Key Responsibilities:
✅ HR Operations & Policy Implementation
Lead the strategic and operational implementation of HR policies and processes across the organization.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal regulations.
Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect best practices and legal updates.
✅ Performance Management & Risk Handling
Drive and manage the full lifecycle of the Performance Management System (PMS).
Identify and mitigate potential risks and conflicts within the PMS.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers for effective performance appraisals.
✅ Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals; foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Develop team capabilities and support career progression through structured development plans.
✅ Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Design and execute HR engagement strategies to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
Conduct employee surveys and feedback initiatives; analyze data to inform decision-making.
✅ Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and senior management on people-related matters.
Translate senior leadership requirements into actionable HR strategies and programs.
Foster strong partnerships across business units to align HR objectives with organizational goals.
✅ 360-Degree Employee Analysis
Conduct and analyze Employee 360 Feedback Assessments to support personal and professional development.
Utilize feedback data to implement targeted development interventions and improve overall team effectiveness.
