Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, aligning HR initiatives with stakeholder needs.
Provide comprehensive HR services to the retail team, covering manpower planning, compensation, talent development, employee engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
Offer guidance and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
Foster effective communication channels to cultivate strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Innovatively manage recruitment activities to meet organizational needs.
Stay updated on talent market trends and HR practices while ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
Key Duties:
Lead HR initiatives in Singapore, overseeing employment regulations, compensation, HR operations, and expatriate management.
Collaborate with the Zone HR team on compensation, employee communications, compliance, and talent-related projects.
Utilize HR analytics to provide insights for informed decision-making.
Drive HR efficiencies through cross-functional projects within the HR team.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles within the retail or service industry, including regional and local positions.
Demonstrated expertise in HR Business Partnership and stakeholder management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proven track record of being results-driven and proactive.
Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
