Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions at Melange Designing Studio. The role involves building a strong organizational structure, managing workforce expansion, and ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and organizational structure
- Handle employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies
- Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations
- Support training & development initiatives
- Collaborate with management for HR strategy and workforce planning
Key Requirements
- MBA in HR (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Textile / Fabric industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HR operations and labour laws
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
