Hiring for immediate start positions. Events starting immediately and booking through 2025.

Initial events will be considered as a trial or probationary period with permanent status determined after 6 months or 10 or more events have been worked.
BTSG is a travel only company, focused solely on weddings and special events so we do not have a salon location. Our goal is to provide clients with high end salon services and a “Flawless look” from behind the scenes in the comfort of their own home, hotel or venue. Events take place Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
THIS POSITION PAYS 45% COMMISSION RATE to start. Typical pay is $250 minimum plus tips. Technicians are also provided a .65/mile travel compensation.
We travel throughout Sothern New England including, CT, MA, RI, NY, Southern NH, and Southern VT. Applicants must be willing to travel to some or all of these places.
This position offers a flexible schedule with the ability to accept or decline events based on your availability, and the option to request to work events that still have an opening for technicians. All of which is facilitated with our new BTSG Technician App!
Preferred
Experience in hair, makeup and nails
Open weekend availability
Requirements:
Must have valid cosmetology license.
Must have reliable transportation. (Office located in Coventry, CT).
Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced and ever-changing environment,
Ability to dress and act professionally at all times
Potential bonuses for any technician who has wedding clientele to bring. (Will be discussed in interview).
Experience in both special event hair and makeup required
We will be holding an open interview day for practical interviews on a date TBD once phone interviews have been conducted.
