Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process, ensuring that communication between overseas factories and our customers obtain the proper information to allow the manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Manage communication between customer and manufacturer
- Handle the send out of samples, swatches and lab dips
- Prepare samples and swatches for meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suits
- Ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented
- Legally eligible to work in the US
- 1 year of experience in garment manufacturing preferred but not required
