I am looking for experienced, exceptional independent hair stylists ready to take control of their career. If you are tired of paying a high booth rent or you have enough clientele and you’re ready to branch out on your own, then this is the perfect place for you. Here at Luxury Upsclae Beauty Bar, you will be your own boss! You are in control of your schedule, prices of services you offer, and will be able to keep all of your earnings. And the best part, you will be able to earn 50% commission on all head spa services you do within the salon! Equipment provided: styling station, shampoo stations, head spa tools, and a washer and dryer. For breaks, you’re free to use the back room that was a nice seating area, a refrigerator, and a microwave.
Responsibilities
Provide hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients based on their preferences and needs.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired looks and offer professional advice.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color theory, and techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to salon hygiene standards.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proficient in color theory and various hair techniques including cutting, styling, and chemical treatments.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Have a strong, high clientele
Able to maintain a clean and safe salon environment
To pay booth rent on time every week
Booth Rental Rate- $175/weekly
Commission Structure- 50% every head spa service performed
