Responsibilities
Provide customized hair cutting, coloring, and styling services that reflect current trends and client preferences.
Deliver makeup applications for special events, ensuring every client feels confident and seen.
Perform body waxing services with professionalism and client comfort in mind.
(If licensed) Offer deep tissue massage to promote relaxation and well-being.
Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene for all tools and work areas.
Use salon software to manage appointments, maintain client records, and track inventory.
Educate clients on proper hair and skincare routines, and recommend retail products that support their goals.
Stay current with trends and techniques through ongoing education and training—because growth never stops.
Actively contribute to a positive team atmosphere, where every voice is valued and collaboration is key.
Participate in community-driven events and charitable initiatives, such as our annual Charity: Water fundraiser, which supports clean water access around the world.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license in the state of practice.
Experience in barbering techniques is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a focus on building lasting, meaningful client relationships.
Comfort with retail sales and recommending products authentically.
Skilled in makeup application across diverse skin types and tones.
Familiarity with deep tissue massage (if applicable).
Ability to perform waxing services efficiently and sensitively.
A deep commitment to hygiene, professionalism, and continuous personal and team development.
