Overview:

The Influencer Account Manager role is pivotal in shaping the success of our influencer campaigns. This position requires a strategic, proactive, and adaptable approach to manage influencer relationships and campaigns effectively. The successful candidate will operate within a structured framework provided by the company, ensuring flexibility and support in their responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Campaign Planning and Reporting:

Develop strategic plans for expected influencer postings weekly and monthly to align with marketing objectives.

Conduct daily reporting on influencer posts and content to ensure consistency with campaign goals.

2. Communication, Relationship Building, and Performance Management:

Ensure effective communication with influencers, offering regular updates, constructive feedback, and guidance on content creation in line with marketing strategies.

Stay informed on market trends and competitor strategies within the influencer marketing space to capitalize on industry shifts and opportunities.

Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with influencers, including the organization of events to strengthen community and collaboration.

Formulate strategies to enhance the performance of underperforming influencers, utilizing feedback to optimize campaigns.

3. Campaign Effectiveness and ROI Analysis:

Oversee the analysis of Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Return on Investment (ROI) for influencer campaigns.

Monitor the costs associated with managed influencers, including store credits, to ensure cost-efficiency.

4. Onboarding New Influencers with Complete Documentation:

Proactively identify and onboard new influencers to broaden brand reach and engagement, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

5. Private Label Product Promotion:

Manage influencers associated with private label products, directing content creation to efficiently liquidate stock.

6. Influencer Page/Store Updates:

Regularly update influencer pages/stores with fresh content, ensuring collections remain current and engaging.

7. PR Packages Coordination:

Coordinate the distribution of PR packages to influencers, managing the process from size confirmation to content posting and tagging.

8. Monthly Targets Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed set monthly targets to contribute to the company’s overall success.

9. Legal Compliance, Brand Safety, and Payment Follow-Up:-

Ensure all content and partnerships adhere to local laws and brand guidelines to maintain brand safety and integrity.
