BYNK MEDIA is a fast-paced female-founded digital agency based out of Toronto, Canada with a strong focus on building innovative D2C, e-commerce brands through social media, influencer marketing, shoot and event production.
We’re searching for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help drive growth for our clients through paid and unpaid partnerships with influencers and celebrities. You will help build partnership lists for clients to live across multiple social platforms, manage these partnerships, communication, and outreach, develop thorough databases, track and monitor ongoing partnerships, and more.
Influencer marketing coordinator
Develop and execute social media and community relations strategy
Promote a wide variety of products and services through paid, owned, and earned media tactics
Identify, create, and optimize new opportunities with up and coming influencers and network with management agencies
Work closely with teams to increase sales, drive conversions, and optimize ROI
Develop and manage campaigns across multiple online channels
Monitor the competition to position the brand and product as the best choice in the market
Manage, and report on community relations and impact
Develop metrics to monitor and optimize campaigns
Establish and maintain relationships with social media influencers, and customers
What we’re looking for
Extremely organized and strong attention to detail
Strong communication, both oral and written for direct contact with partners and agents
Well versed in excel and building partnership lists
Previous experience in influencer marketing for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
Understanding of current social media trends and strong interest in influencer marketing
Bonus:
Experience with platforms like: Grin, Archive, Sprout.
Experience with affiliate marketing
