The Opportunity
As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and social media teams to execute influencer campaigns that align with TGM’s brand values and objectives.
Please note, this role is based in Dubai and would require relocation.
What you will be doing
Assist in identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across multiple social media platforms.
Manage the influencer UGC and Commission/affiliate program
Finding new UGC influencers and ambassadors that align with the brand
Work with other departments in marketing to use UGC content for other channels
Manage and negotiate usage rights of content
Keeping up to date and finding the latest micro trendsetter influencers
Creating a competitor analysis report to make sure you are always up to date with trends, content and influencers
Support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that align with brand goals.
Help coordinate contracts and deliverables with influencers, ensuring alignment with budget and campaign objectives.
Manage influencer gifting and seeding programs to generate authentic brand exposure.
Track, measure, and report the success of influencer campaigns using key performance metrics.
Assist in influencer outreach, communication, and relationship management.
Collaborate with the content and social media teams to ensure influencer content aligns with TGM’s brand identity.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging influencer marketing strategies.
Support offline activations, pop-ups, and influencer-led events.
What you will need to succeed
1-2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.
Strong understanding of UGC, engaging content and how to push it on other marketing channels
An eye for content and finding the right content creators
Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
Basic knowledge of campaign performance tracking and analytics.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience working with micro influencers
Knowledge of influencer insights e.g. audience, impressions and reach
Highly motivated with a passion for fashion, sustainability, and brand storytelling.
