Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator located in the Greater Kolkata Area. In this role, you will manage relationships with influencers, coordinate campaigns, and ensure the effective execution of influencer marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and onboarding influencers, creating detailed campaign briefs, facilitating content collaboration, tracking campaign performance, and preparing analytics reports. You will also work closely with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with broader brand strategies and goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing strategy, outreach, and campaign execution
- Skills in negotiation, relationship management, and contract coordination
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of fashion, branding, and digital marketing in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in tools such as Instagram, TikTok, social media analytics, and campaign tracking software
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Not Mandatory)
- Passion for the fashion industry and familiarity with contemporary trends
- Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a creative, team-oriented workplace
