About The Role
This is a new role to support with our growing team of creators and help scale our programme.
Our creator programme contributes towards increasing our online presence especially on social media, brand awareness, recall and recognition. It supports on page, off page and link building strategy for SEO, as well as drive sales through affiliate marketing. It will help build brand trust, drive unpaid organic traffic to the websites, acquire new customers, and improve conversion rates. Long term, it will create an army of loyal brand advocates and ambassadors.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Manage our Partnerships’ email inbox and Instagram (primary) DMs
Creator email / DM outreach for PR gifting (nano, micro, and mid creators)
Manage relationships with existing and new creators
Put together creator campaign (creative) briefs (align with SEO and Social for products need pushing)
Identify and reach out to new creators
Manage the Creator Landing Page (+ forms)
Onboard 30-50 new creators per month
Collaborate with 120-150 creators per month (on rotation)
Support with reporting and analysis
Bring in creators to do in store shopping experience content
Manage PR gifting logistics, from creating discount codes, tracking, to organising returns and exchanges, and refunds (with CS)
Acknowledge and engage with creator content about our brand
Organise creator UGC assets for content repurpose (for social and blog)
Organise and manage the creator database
Organise creator events
Identify growth opportunities within the creator space
Stay on top of the latest creator marketing trends
You’ll love this role if:

We’re looking for someone with
Two years plus experience in influencer marketing, ideally in fashion, beauty or lifestyle
Social media and PR skills
Data driven with knowledge of GA4 a plus
Experienced using influencer marketing tools
