II/ JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and execute overall marketing strategies and campaigns through KOL/KOC networks across both TikTok and Shopee platforms.
Manage campaign timelines, monitor content quality (Videos/Livestreams), evaluate campaign performance, optimize budgets, and propose suitable campaigns for both Brands and Creators.
Assign tasks, train, and manage the performance of the Booking team to ensure KPIs are achieved.
Directly connect with, build, and maintain a high-quality KOL/KOC network, preferably in the Oral Care & Fashion industries.
Expand partnerships with reputable Agencies and MCNs to optimize resources and booking costs.
Work directly with Shopee/TikTok category teams to secure platform benefits, Flash Sale slots, and exclusive support packages for the Company’s accounts.
Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and competitor analysis.
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

III/ REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 4 years of experience in KOL Management/Booking, including at least 1 year in a Leader position or equivalent at MCNs/Agencies.
Strong understanding of TikTok & Shopee Affiliate models and campaign performance metrics such as orders, revenue, and conversion rates.
Possess a strong KOL/KOC network, including top influencers or performance-focused creators, preferably in Fashion & Oral Care categories.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
Strong team management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proactive mindset, result-oriented, and responsible for assigned KPIs.
Responsible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
Good English or Chinese communication skills are a significant advantage.

Salary: 24 – 28 million VND + commission (% based on team profit) (Negotiable depending on experience and capability)
