The Role
This is a role for someone who understands the importance of brand advocacy. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing a thriving ecosystem of influencers, UGC creators and the foundations of a Fable community strategy that brings our customers front and centre. You will champion the advocates who genuinely love our brand.
You will report to the Brand Marketing Director as well as working closely with the Social & Content Manager and wider Product and Digital team when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Own end to end management of the influencer gifting programme – sourcing, vetting, outreach, product selection, warehouse coordination and follow up
- Build a tiered framework: micro, mid and macro – maintaining an influencer pipeline
- Brief, manage and review paid collaborations
- Manage and maintain the central influencer database
- Work closely with the paid marketing team on boosted content
- Track influencer performance and provide regular reporting on reach, engagement and content quality
UGC & Creator Management
- Monitor and curate UGC coming through Yotpo – identifying content that genuinely reflects the Fable world
- Develop a new UGC program alongside the Brand Marketing Director
- Ensure UGC is integrated into the wider content calendar alongside brand content
- Identify and develop a pool of brand advocates from within the existing customer base
- Work with the Social & Content Manager to ensure UGC is used strategically across all channels
- Manage repost permissions and creator outreach, championing organic content
Community
- Manage day to day community engagement across social
- Support the launch and ongoing management of a Fable community group, helping to define the structure, tone and content
- Work with the Brand Marketing Director to develop a community engagement initiatives that bring customers front and centre
- Create feedback loops between the community and the wider team – ensuring customer voices inform product, content and campaign decisions
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management or a closely related role
- Comfortable managing high volumes of outreach without losing the personal touch
- Strong taste level – you instinctively know what looks and feels like Fable
- Excellent written communication
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously
- Experience with Upfluence, Yotpo or similar platforms (required)
- Experience working with lifestyle, fashion or accessories brands
- A genuine interest in community building, you think beyond follower counts to real brand connection

✖ Not a large team management position
✖ Not a content creation role – though being part of occasional content would be a plus
This role is hybrid, with at least 1 day a week based in our London office.
