We are hiring candidates for the Customer Support – Team Leader position.
Job Location: Bangalore
Education: Full-time BCA/BTECH/MCA/BE/MSc/BSC
Experience: 4+ Years
Work Pattern: Work from office
Mandatory Requirements:
Must have experience into Ecommerce Sales support
Must have experience in Inbound Sales Customer Support
Must have experience in Blended process (Voice, Chat and Email)
Must be able to work in Australian shift (2:30 AM 11:30 AM)
Must be able to Work from Office
Must be able to work from Bangalore location. Candidates from outstation must relocate to Bangalore.
Must be able to join within 15 days
Requirements:
Must have team leader experience
Open to working in a 24*7 and work-from-office environment
Must have e-commerce retail sales experience in the fashion industry
People management experience (conducting performance reviews, appraisal discussions, monthly reviews, etc.)
Managing a team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Selling, cross-selling, and upselling products to drive additional revenue
Resource planning, career planning, performance management, workforce management, team SLA/KRA/KPI, CSAT training
Effectively reviewing and handling client escalations
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement
Experience or knowledge of messaging/web chat
Experience/knowledge of service levels, quality, and productivity KPIs
Managing shrinkages
