Job Description

Role Overview
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will help guide our customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to ensure you have the knowledge needed. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you every step of the way!
Responsibilities
Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complementary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
Exposure to fumes and odors occasionally.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, reach, and lift moderately heavy items.
