Inside Sales & Account Representative – Apparel Wholesale Jobs in Commerce at Esty Inc.
Yelete Group is an established importer and wholesaler of fashion apparel. We are seeking a hardworking, organized, and self-motivated Inside Sales & Account Representative to join our growing team.
This is an office-based, phone-forward sales role. The ideal candidate enjoys building customer relationships, following up consistently, and generating sales through both existing and new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Call established accounts to generate repeat orders and add-on sales.
- Re-engage inactive customers and develop new business through outbound phone calls, emails, and incoming sales inquiries.
- Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders submitted by phone, email, and website.
- Prepare sales quotations and assist with price negotiations.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate account notes and follow-up activity.
- Attend domestic trade shows as needed; must be able to travel by air.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Clear, friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.
- Strong organization, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Apparel wholesale experience or familiarity with current fashion trends is a plus.
- Most importantly, you must be self-motivated and comfortable making outbound sales calls.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commission, based on experience.
