Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, and account management. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The position requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and building long-term relationships while collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

  • Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and building lasting client relationships
  • Proficiency in Account Management and delivering personalized solutions to customers
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed Sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry, particularly within sneaker culture, is a plus
