The Integrated Digital Marketing will plan and prepare the Go To Market (GTM) process and assets communicating the plan to internal stakeholders (ugg.com, Wholesale Partners and Merchandising). The IDMA will be central in keeping the business functions aligned and integral in bringing to life the products and stories created by the brand.
業務内容(職責)

■ Support and Enhance the Seasonal GTM process for the respective sales channels. (50%)
• Working with the Merchandising, EC,Retail and Marketing functions, the IMA will develop and communicate the holistic seasonal GTM strategy promoting our focus products, key stories and brand moments.
• In preparation for the season, create the necessary materials to ensure alignment and a clear directive as to how we deliver our product and stories.
■ Brand Site Content Management. (35%)
• Lead and support our Brand Site Communications program. Be responsible for the content and coordinating the integrated marketing plan across our digital touchpoints (ugg.com, email, programmatic marketing, and evolving new media).
■ Trade marketing support. (10%)
• Content check and management, develop and distribute trade marketing assets for ugg.com and Wholesale partner sites. Assets include photographs, videos and copy.
■ Administrative / Ad-hoc. (5%)
• Manage external partners and vendor’s communication and billing.
• Support the Global Marketing Team as needed.

【Education/ Experience】
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in the fashion, sportswear and/or lifestyle brands industry.
• 5+ years experience in either advertising, site management and/or retail marketing.
【Skills/Competencies】
• A planner. Capable of aligning stories and moments and delivering the plan in a clear and concise way.
• An instigator. Requires the willingness to reach out across functions to improve the status quo or start something new.
• A team player. Work cross functionally with stakeholders to enhance the customer journey and deepen the brand’s relationship with individual customers.
• High-Mid level verbal and written business communication in English.
• Knowledge and use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
