As our studio grows, we’re seeking a dedicated Interior Design Office Assistant to help support our creative vision and bring a high level of organization and efficiency to our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and execution of interior design projects from concept through installation
Manage procurement of FF&E, including sourcing, creating POs, tracking orders, and handling vendor communication
Utilize Studio Designer for order entry, invoicing, budget tracking, project documentation, and reconciliation of project expenses and all billings
Maintain organized digital and physical project files and presentation materials
Communicate with vendors, showrooms, and fabricators to gather quotes, samples, and lead times
Help prepare and revise client proposals, mood boards, and presentations as needed
Track and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliveries are on schedule
Assist with scheduling installations, site visits, and deliveries
General administrative duties including email correspondence, file organization, and calendar management
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an interior design or architecture office
Strong knowledge of FF&E procurement processes and vendor communication
Proficiency in Studio Designer is required
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or SketchUp is a plus
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
