The Pinkvilla team is looking for a talented, experienced Social Media to work closely with the Leadership, Marketing, and Product team and contribute to the overall social media strategy.

What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)
Develop creative and engaging social media Content that will contribute to user growth and increase the brand reach across all social media platforms for Pinkvilla.
Manage and meet the business targets in terms of social media reach and user engagement.
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels adapting content to suit different channels
Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite
Create engaging multimedia content across our social media platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, X, Facebook, Snapchat etc
Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook insights, Meta business suite.
Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
Who could you be? Background and Experience:
Relevant experience managing social media platforms
Proven experience in driving the growth and meeting target numbers for social media.
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Proficiency in all social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Facebook.
Experience of Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite
