About the Role

We are looking for an International Key Account Manager to build and scale Eight & Bob around the world and lead our Travel Retail channel at the highest luxury standards. This role blends strategic thinking, negotiation skill and strong execution.

You will act as a bridge between Eight & Bob and our network of distributors and partners, ensuring that every partnership, every point of sale and every negotiation reflects the Eight & Bob DNA with rigor, ambition and consistency.

You will work closely with distributors and partners across the markets in your portfolio, empowering them to grow Eight & Bob locally, while leading the commercial development of the Travel Retail channel globally — identifying, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships with operators, distributors, airport retailers and airline buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Market Management

  • Define the strategy for the markets in your portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with top partners (distributors, perfumery stores, department stores…) through proactive communication, business reviews and meetings.
  • Evaluate, follow up and report on your portfolio and KPIs periodically.
  • Ensure Eight & Bob's presence in the most exclusive points of sale.
  • Travel to visit your key accounts, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and strategy.

Travel Retail Channel

  • Lead the entire commercial development of the Travel Retail channel: identify, develop and manage partnerships with Travel Retail operators, distributors, airport retailers.
  • Build and execute the Travel Retail strategy aligned with our ultra-luxury positioning.
  • Monitor the channel's performance, distribution and KPIs.

Brand & Execution Excellence

  • Ensure that all staff representing Eight & Bob at the point of sale are properly trained and act as true brand ambassadors (product, storytelling and brand training sessions).
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure excellence in execution, brand consistency and quality of point-of-sale materials.
  • Propose initiatives that elevate the brand across every touchpoint.

Your Profile

  • Min of 4+ years of experience in high-performance key account management or business development. Preferably with experience in Beauty, Fashion or Luxury industries.
  • Experience in the Travel Retail ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • You love selling: proven commercial experience and passion for commercial tasks.
  • You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything.
  • You're an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented.
  • A strong sensitivity to brand image, service excellence and training at the point of sale.
  • A data-driven mentality: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary.
  • You've got a good judgment but own up to your mistakes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • English proficiency is mandatory; Spanish is a strong plus and an extra language nice to have.
