Overview

Be part of Veronica Beard’s international marketing team and work directly with the VP of International Marketing to drive brand growth across EMEA

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Marketing & Communication Coordinator to support the VP of International Marketing in executing a 360° omnichannel strategy across EMEA.

This role is ideal for ambitious professionals with 2–3 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion, fluent in English (French required), who are connected to the Paris and European fashion ecosystem, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will gain exposure to full-spectrum international marketing, working on retail, wholesale, digital, PR, events, and community initiatives while collaborating directly with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trade Marketing Support (Retail & Wholesale) and Brand initiatives

•Support planning and execution of retail and wholesale activations across EMEA.

•Coordinate store activations, pop-ups, department store takeovers, and in-store experiences in line with global brand guidelines.

•Assist with bookings, logistics, timelines, and budgets for trade marketing initiatives.

•Act as a key liaison with regional wholesale partners, retailers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution

•Track activation calendars, budgets, and post-activation recaps.

2. Events & Experiences

•Support end-to-end execution of brand, press, influencer, and trade events across EMEA.

•Assist with venue sourcing, guest lists, vendor coordination, and on-site support.

•Ensure events align with brand positioning and storytelling.

•Coordinate event assets, gifting, budget and follow-up reporting.

3. Press & PR Support

•Serve as a key point of contact for PR agencies in the region, for France, UK and Germany.

•Support seasonal press strategy execution, including sample trafficking, showroom coordination, and press requests.

•Assist with press days, editorial opportunities, and reporting on PR performance.

4. Social Influence & Community Coordination

•Support influencer and community engagement initiatives across EMEA, with strong focus on Paris-based KOLs and tastemakers.

•Coordinate influencer seeding, event invitations, and gifting programs with NY HQ and agencies.

•Track influencer activity, content delivery, and performance metrics.

•Foster strong relationships that reinforce Veronica Beard’s brand values and community-led approach.

5. Media & Digital Activations –

•Support execution of media and digital marketing campaigns (paid, owned, partner-led).

•Coordinate local market adaptations of global campaigns.

•Track key launch moments and campaign performance metrics

Cross-Functional & Administrative Support

•Provide day-to-day administrative and strategic support to the VP.

•Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and budgets across initiatives.

•Prepare presentations, recaps, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

•2-3 years of experience working with luxury or premium fashion brands, ideally within international or EMEA markets.

•Existing network and strong relationships across PR, influencers, KOLs, media partners and industry stakeholders is highly desirable especially within the Paris fashion ecosystem

•Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable with proven experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

•Highly professional, reliable, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and accountability.

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Business, or related field.

•Fluent in English; French required. Additional European languages a plus.
