Main purpose of the International Marketing Coordinator role:

In this role, you’ll be pivotal in utilizing marketplace livestream channels to increase revenue share of our China market business. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end operations for live-streaming shopping events, aligning strategies with business objectives, and staying abreast of overall Chinese’s livestream features and trends. You’ll oversee content planning and execution, coordinate with influencers, and foster engagement. Additionally, implement sales strategies, collaborate with the merchandising team, warehouse team, BI team and accounting team on metrics, and manage technical aspects, ensuring compliance with marketplaces’ policies and legal requirements.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Spearhead end-to-end operations for live-streaming shopping events on Tmall, RED, and Douyin, ensuring flawless execution and driving sales growth.

• Formulate a livestreaming shopping strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

• Stay abreast of the latest features, trends, and algorithm changes on livestream channels to enhance the effectiveness of live-streaming events.

• Manage content planning and execution, including product selection, script development, and creative ideas for live-streaming shopping sessions.

• Collaborate with influencers, hosts, and brand ambassadors to ensure seamless and engaging live streams.

• Monitor live streams in real-time, adjusting strategies based on sales data, addressing technical issues, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.

• Analyze audience feedback and data to optimize content for future live-streaming shopping experiences.

• Implement sales and conversion optimization strategies during live streams, such as limited-time offers, exclusive discounts, and upselling techniques.
