Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Coordinator located in Barranquilla, Colombia. The role involves managing international sales operations, maintaining and developing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives. Additional responsibilities include handling administrative sales tasks, supporting with order management, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and brand outreach.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of experience in similar roles and managing teams

  • Proficiency in International Sales and Sales Operations, with experience in managing global client relationships.
  • Strong background in Customer Service to provide high-quality support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Communication skills to effectively engage clients and internal teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage orders and track operations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly English
  • Experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
