We are currently recruiting for a leading fashion manufacturer, whose brands are recognised around the world. As a company they turnover £100 million in the UK, have offices in a number of countries and employ around 2,000 people. Role:
You will be responsible for –
Develop and manage the sales budget, with full accountability for its successful delivery.
Formulate and execute a clear strategic road map with the Sales Director in the EMEA region to drive revenue growth, fostering both existing relationships and cultivating new ones.
Capability to drive new business development through contract negotiations, broadening brand reach.
Partner closely with the marketing team aligning the marketing calendar for the respective brands to drive key marketing initiatives in association with the marketing budget.
Management of the brands inventory levels with planning and logistics.
Provide weekly trade and updates to internal and external stakeholders for the respective brands, in line with planning and finance teams.
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will –
Must be highly experienced in managing and inspiring a sales team.
Experience managing multiple brands/categories in the FMCG industry although fashion industry would be highly preferred.
Background developing and implementing sales strategy.
Must have experience working with accounts internationally.
Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
Package:
Basic Salary: up to £90,000
