SummarySienna Charles, the premier luxury lifestyle company, is looking for a Travel Assistant to oversee and execute vendor relationships and database management.

Key Responsibilities

Rate Gathering: Responsible for reaching out to vendors to gather rate information for client trips.

Database Operations: Adding new vendors to our internal database and keeping it organized

Vendor Relations: Maintaining a professional relationship with all vendors. You would also be scheduling calls between vendors and our founder.

Requirements

Previous administrative experience

Previous experience as Travel Agent

Track record of customer service

Flexible Schedule Availability – Including some weekend availability

Ideally, experience in a similar industry: private banking, hospitality, or fashion servicing high-level clientele.
