Retail is an emerging Direct-to-Consumer channel within the distribution of Moët Hennessy since 2022. Maisons and Markets have engaged in ambitious projects in key urban luxury and lifestyle destinations, as part of a long -term strategy to improve brand desirability and create value for the whole company. Eight new iconic retail and bar experiences have already opened in Harrods London, Kadewe Berlin, Printemps Paris, and Qiantan Taikoo Li Shanghai. They celebrate Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot champagne brands, and Hennessy cognac. More to come!

Moët Hennessy’s Retail Team is looking for an intern (F/M) for a period of 6 months starting in Jully 2024.You will join the global Retail team of Moët Hennessy, who is both a global center of excellence and a business unit leader, addressing the whole value chain of retail from development strategy to operations. The team supports Moët Hennessy Maisons and Markets on concept design and product offer, negotiates real estate, leads project development, injects “retail excellence” best practices on people management, motivation and training, on the run of retail operations and activations, with Maisons and Markets.

What’s in it for you? As a Junior Visual Merchandiser in MH Retail, you will participate in the creation of the full visual merchandising experience across this distribution channel. You will work with multiple Maisons and distribution markets in Europe and China, and report to the Retail Trade Marketing & Merchandising manager.

On a daily basis, you will formalize the VM strategy and guidelines for all the retail and wholesale stores and bars, according to retailer constraints and budget.

For permanent Direct-to-consumer concepts specifically:

Create VM guidelines for concepts and coach the VM stakeholders in the distribution markets’ teams,

Create the full VM zoning and guidelines by store with product, including experiences and all the related tools,

Plan the animation of the points of sales with window and planogram updates according to products and communication launches and seasonality,

Provide the technical package (layout, drawing, materials…) for local product display,

Organize openings and new animations of points of sales and liaise with all the members of the retail teams, global and in markets, in a project mode, meeting project deadlines and budgets,

Ensure photo report sharing after each VM rotation and after each opening.
